• Delete: Request deletion of personal information we hold about you (subject to legal exceptions). 

• Opt-Out: In certain cases you may opt out of:

  • the “sale” of your personal data (both INCDPA and KCDPA define “sale” as exchange of personal data for monetary consideration).

  • certain profiling / targeted advertising activities.
